We’re a rapidly growing company specializing in Active Deterrence technology, and we’re looking for high-energy, self-motivated sales representatives to join our Small Business Sales team. About the Role We’re looking for a driven and confident Small Business Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and drive new revenue in the Atlanta, Houston, and Chicago areas (and surrounding markets within a 20-30-mile radius). In this role, you’ll be hitting the ground running—connecting with local businesses, presenting our technology solutions, and turning prospects into long-term partners. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a portfolio of small business clients through outbound prospecting and in-person outreach. Generate leads and set meetings via cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking in target areas. Deliver presentations to decision-makers, clearly communicating the value of our solutions. Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and activity in HubSpot CRM. Collaborate with internal teams—especially marketing and support—to ensure excellent client experiences. Stay current on product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Who You Are Must-haves:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in small business, B2B, or field sales. Strong “hunter” mentality—you enjoy the chase and know how to close. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus). Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships. Comfortable working independently and hitting KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience in security, tech, or SaaS industries. Familiarity with outbound prospecting strategies in local markets. What Success Looks Like Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Compensation & Benefits Pay:

Commission-based with monthly performance bonuses You earn 8% of total sold dollars (minus install costs) when sold at MSRP ◦

$6,000 sale = $480 commission ◦

Bonus Opportunities:
