This role involves engaging with customers directly in assigned territories, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and follow-ups. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers. Experience Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers. Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey information clearly is advantageous.
