We are a 3rd party collection agency seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities:

Conduct business development activities to identify and qualify potential customers. Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to present our software solutions. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Prefer experience in a 3rd party collection agency. Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical individuals. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

$40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
