What You’ll Do Build relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, presenting vehicle features and pricing, and closing sales. Develop a personal network of referrals and repeat customers through exceptional service. Manage inbound sales calls and internet inquiries promptly and professionally. Stay informed on product knowledge and sales strategies by attending regular training sessions. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals. What We’re Looking For Outgoing individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed targets and build a loyal customer base. Strong computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, and internet usage). Prior experience in car sales or retail is preferred but not required – training is provided! Professional appearance and business attire. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed. Successful completion of background and drug screening.

What We Offer Competitive Pay :

$40,000-$250,000 per year, including weekly draw checks, commissions, and monthly bonuses.
