Responsibilities:

Execute proven sales strategies to consistently meet or surpass sales targets Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial deals Participate in weekly meetings to review sales data, identify trends, and explore growth opportunities Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product/service delivery Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior sales experience is a plus but not required – we offer comprehensive training Strong negotiation abilities to close profitable deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients Ability to assess client needs and adapt sales approaches accordingly Familiarity with sales technology tools (CRM systems, email, etc.)
