Socket is looking for a talented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Are you a natural closer with the drive to win? Socket is on the hunt for motivated, energetic sales pros to join our fast-growing team and bring the power of high-speed fiber internet directly to the community. As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you won’t just be selling an industry-leading product — you’ll be the face of a local company that’s changing the way people connect.
This is an in-office position.

Primary Responsibilities:
Hitting the
Streets:
Go door-to-door, attend local events, host tailgates, and introduce residents to our fiber optic services.
Building Rapport:
Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and explain how our services are the best option.
Demonstrating Value:
Use training and tools to show the benefits of our services and deliver exceptional value.
Close Sales:
Have great conversations door-to-door or via calls to close sales and celebrate wins to stay motivated.
Following Up:
Check in with customers and the installation team to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Provide Feedback:
market insights with the marketing team based on your field experience.
Travel:
Travel up to 50% outside your home market, with expenses covered for hotel stays when needed.
