Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and personable Plumbing Sales Advisor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll serve as the connection between homeowners and the services we provide—offering expert guidance, closing sales, and helping grow the next generation of skilled tradespeople through our internal Academy. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in plumbing or in-home service sales who wants to grow with a rising company and help build something meaningful. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide clear, consultative sales presentations to homeowners
- Convert service opportunities into closed sales
- Partner with technicians to identify and close in-field leads
- Work with marketing to support community events and outreach
- Mentor apprentices and help train new technicians in our internal Academy
- Assist with developing sales tools and training materials
- Maintain accurate records and use company CRM systems
- Represent the company’s values and standards in every interaction
- Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle
- Respect and care for customers’ homes and property
- Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
- 2+ years of in-home service or plumbing sales experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with CRM systems, mobile tools, and digital documentation
- Willingness to attend job fairs, college visits, or community events as needed
- Strong desire to grow within a purpose-driven organization Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and perform work in crawlspaces or on ladders
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week during busy periods
