Position Summary:
The Sales / Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and supporting the overall growth of our practice. This part-time role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare sales or marketing who is looking to contribute to a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential referral sources, including physicians, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals Promote the medical office’s services through calls, emails, and in-person visits Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners Support marketing efforts and represent the practice at networking events (if applicable) Track leads, outreach efforts, and follow-up activity using CRM or other tracking tools Provide feedback on market trends and business development opportunities
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in a medical or healthcare setting) Strong understanding of medical terminology or previous experience working in a clinical environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
