Key Responsibilities Sales & Estimating Conduct a minimum of 10 estimates per week Manage all contract documentation and pre-production paperwork Send thank-you message to clients post-appointment via email/text software Guide customers through the sales process from lead to paid-in-full Maintain a minimum 35% appointment – closed conversion rate Generate at least 10% of leads independently Marketing & Client Development Participate in home shows, community events, and company-sponsored marketing initiatives Conduct cold calling and neighborhood canvassing to develop new leads Capture yard sign photos for every project file Collect and encourage positive Google reviews from satisfied customers Administrative & Team Engagement Keep calendars, CRM, and estimating software up to date Attend all sales meetings, performance reviews, and company events Represent Wagner Roofing with branded apparel at appointments and public events Ensure all insurance documentation and certificates of completion are filed appropriately Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of roofing sales experience Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a commission-based environment Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality; comfortable with cold calling and canvassing Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities Proficient with computers, CRM software, and mobile applications Ability to perform roof inspections and explain technical information clearly Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation required Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed High level of integrity and commitment to putting customers first Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits:
