Key Responsibilities:
K2J Marketing Partners seeks a Sales Support Specialist role to keep our rapidly growing organization flourishing. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Work hand in hand with the Senior Vice President of Sales to satisfy our customers’ needs from product development through sale confirmation
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, etc.).
- Develop and Organize client sales presentations
- Obtain pricing and prepare customer quotes
- Communicate extensively with manufacturers and clients via phone and email
- Create and process sales orders in a timely manner
- Organize and ship client product sample requests
- Support ongoing sales initiatives and projects by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and status updates
- Serve as a liaison between the Senior VP of Sales and other departments or external partners
- Assist with any customer communication via email as needed
- Organize and manage confidential sales-related documents and contracts
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for the leadership team
- Ensure timely follow-ups on key business matters and executive requests Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years) as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership Prior B2B experience a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to understand the sales process in conjunction with marketing Maintain an upbeat and execution-oriented mindset High energy, self-starter with excellent communication and writing skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to produce high quality work and meet deadlines consistently Excel in a fast-paced environment with high demand for time-sensitive orders Must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment Solid research and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and take initiative in resolving challenges Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn other internal database programs Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus
