Drive client acquisition through networking, referrals, and inbound leads. Communicate clearly and consistently with current and prospective clients. Demonstrate vehicles, technology, and services in a professional manner. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. What You Bring Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills. A performance-driven, goal-oriented mindset. Team player with a commitment to continuous improvement. Proficient in English. Professional personal appearance and demeanor. Valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
