Job Title:

Internet Sales Representative Powersports Dealership Objectives:

To manage customer sale opportunities and drive traffic to the dealership by appointment setting. Strategizing customer interactions, setting appointments, notating and tracking all records of communication contact/attempts.

Job Summary:

Consistent phone outreach to sales opportunity customers. Overcoming objectives and setting in-person appointments for customers to work with sales team.

Essential Functions:

• Making 80 outbound Phone Calls a day to prospects.
• Follow Adventure Lifestyle approved scripts for talking to customers via phone and internet chat.
• Identifying primary purchasing concerns.
• Communicating clearly and asking specific questions to obtain information.
• Track and transcribe all interactions with customers as well as attempted outreach.
• Respond to and follow up with all sales opportunities in a timely manner.
• Communicating with management to inform progress of potential customers.
• Project positive image to customers at all times.
• Stay up to date on the dealerships current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase.
• Use daily web-based programs, customer record management program, and Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
• Develop an understanding of powersport vehicles by studying models, capabilities, and features.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in retail sales preferred
• Previous powersports or auto dealership sales experience a plus, but not required
