The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives and clients. Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Manage territory assignments and ensure effective coverage of accounts. Support account management activities by maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Collaborate with inside sales representatives to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, presentations, and trade shows. Experience Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with territory management and account management practices is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
