The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. Who are we looking for? + Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience + German highline experience, a plus! + Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop + Focused on providing exemplary customer service + Team player + Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
Qualifications:

- ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
