The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to engage customers effectively and drive sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping customers find the right contractor/ consultant to meet their needs. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored service/product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Engage with owners, managers and other decision makers to win their trust with the quality of services our company provides Supervise and support junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain stock levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively on the sales floor. Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Qualifications A strong sense of integrity, honesty and ethical approach to life and business. Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. A passion for sales and a desire to contribute positively to the team environment.
