As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling product,building displays, fostering good relationships with new andexisting customers, and product placement within your territoryregion.
Job Duties:
Responsible for selling and executing all ofthe companys products to the customer. Maintain and grow customerrelationships between our company and the businesses we serviceMust have excellent communication skills with public and be able todiscuss existing and new arriving products Clark Beverage Group hasto offer. Must be able to sell in displays, racks or any otherselling points incrementally to what we already have in thecustomers store. Must have a persuasive personality when lettingcustomers know of new/existing products and good product placementsets throughout their store to sell more of said products Mustconduct yourself in a professional manner. Appropriate andprofessional appearance including hygiene/clothing Ensure all codeof ethics is the same amongst employees Arrive on time if notearlier to discuss daily tasks that need to be handled amongstlocations Good communication with drivers, merchandisers or anyother sales support representatives When selling in displays it iskey to let the driver know where to place the product upondelivery, how to build the display, and where signage needs to beplaced upon the product. Communication is key! Must be willing tobuild displays or aid in helping employee build Mustmaintain/monitor product rotation within customers stores Be apositive representation of the company on/off the clock It is theSalesmens responsibility to ensure the store is fully stockedduring the week day and weekends Store must maintain neat andpresentable product placement/ along with a clean and safe backstock area
Qualifications:
Must have a positive attitude whendealing with employees and/or customers Must motivate teammembers/employees in a positive way to complete tasks asked of themVery good communication skills. Must be very thorough in explainingto staff the job tasks that need to be completed. Must followcompany rules and guidelines Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Working knowledge of equipment applications,and everyday sales support duties Valid Drivers License for yourstate of residency and an excellent driving history for the lastfive years. (Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed) Must be 21 orolder Must be able to pass an extensive background and drugscreening process Must be able to perform physical lifting,push/pulling, frequent standing/walking Reliable means oftransportation to and from work May be required to work weekendsPrevious sales experience Ability to work in a fast pacedenvironment, lifting up to 25-40 lbs. of product repetitively
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (Could also consist of working weekends dueto projects or time lines)
