You’ll be selling our award-winning floor plans placed on exciting new home site developments throughout the area. Previous sales experience is not required-we’re looking for the right attitude and work ethic. - Job responsibilities:
- + Meeting sales and marketing goals + Excellent customer service skills + Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business + Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process + Working & communicating effectively with team and customers + Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation + Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
