Overview:

The Account Executive, Inside Sales willgenerate new business within master accounts and new accountsassigned by sales leadership. This role is responsible for drivingstrategic growth initiatives to expand the company’s marketpresence and secure new business opportunities across regional andnational levels and is critical in identifying and capitalizing onemerging market trends, establishing high-value partnerships, andcultivating relationships with potential clients and industryleaders. The Account Executive, Inside Sales will work closely withcross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, andOperations—to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that meetclient needs and align with corporate objectives. A successfulAccount Executive, Inside Sales will be a skilled strategist, aninfluential communicator, and an expert at negotiating and closingcomplex deals, leading the company’s efforts to generatesubstantial new revenue streams and exceed ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and strengthen relationships withexisting accounts and build relationships with new clients, makingeducated recommendations on product offerings, and ensuring clientneeds are met. Prospect and generate leads for new accounts andgenerate new revenue at or above quota levels for new accounts.

Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate new businessopportunities. Mine existing parent accounts for service expansionopportunities. Win new projects and sites from existing parentaccounts. Identify and pursue opportunities to convert competitorcustomers to our products. Increase product and unit sales outsideof initial scope. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensureequipment availability, timely delivery, and proper servicing.

Leverage company offerings, providing solutions to a wide range ofissues and tailoring service to client needs. Meet or exceedestablished sales quotas. Lead the sales process from initialcontact through proposal, negotiation, and finalization, ensuringsmooth transactions and client satisfaction. Maintain in-depthknowledge of the full range of solution offerings. Provideexceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. Stayinformed about industry trends and developments. Allocate resourcesefficiently to maximize outcomes and client satisfaction. Assist indeveloping sales strategies and preparing proposals. Preparereports on account status and sales progress. Perform other dutiesas assigned.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND

ABILITIESKnowledge of equipment rental agreements and coordination. Abilityto manage multiple clients in different phases of the sales processwhile maintaining quality of service. Intermediate proficiency inMicrosoft Office 365 (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Teams,SharePoint). Problem-solving skills. Ability to identify andrecommend effective solutions. Exceptional communication,interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and fosterstrong client relationships. Ability to learn and adapt in afast-paced environment. Ability to work well in a team environmentand develop collaborative relationships with colleagues. Effectiveclient communication and presentation skills, with a focus onbuilding territorial client relationships and managing localaccount needs. Proficient knowledge of sales processes and CRMsystems (eg, Salesforce) for tracking sales activity, managingcontacts, and supporting business development. Ability to balancemultiple clients within a region, adapting quickly to changingpriorities or client needs while maintaining service quality.

Physical Requirements:

This job will operate in a regular officeenvironment with minimal exposure to physical risks. This positionrequires minimal to moderate physical activity, including extendedtime sitting at a desk, with occasional time standing and walking.

Salary Range:

$22.00 -$24.00 / hour
