- Loan Officer
- to join ourdirect-to-consumer team.
This role is a great fit for someone who’ssharp, motivated, and comfortable having real conversations on thephone. You’ll be stepping into a system that’s already producinghigh-volume inbound demand through Fulcrum’s platform, with thesupport, training, and structure to grow alongside it. In additionto warm leads, access to insurance and growth opportunities abound.

Responsibilities:
- Make inbound & outbound calls to leads to convert them intoqualified customers.
- Follow up with prospective borrowers in a structured,systematic way.
- Utilize CRM and lead management systems to track allcommunication, set tasks, and monitor lead progress.
- Consult with potential loan applicants
- answer questions andprovide additional information about home loan products to createpersonal relationships.
- Assemble financial information to assist with loanapplications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financialsituation and eligibility.
- Monitor sales pipeline and meet sales expectations.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is mandatory.
- If not already a licensed mortgage loan officer, must bewilling to obtain
NMLS / MLO
/ Idaho state license.
- Experience in mortgage lending institutions, credit unions,financial services, real estate, or related fields is preferred,but not required.
- Superb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skillsare needed.
- Must be coachable and excited to learn.
- Willing to work in office (not remote).
