Outside Sales Responsibilities:

Making connections with people, motivating and inspiring themto achieve mutually beneficial results Engaging, empathetic communication style based on genuinewarmth and enthusiasm The work involves driving toward results by enrolling thecommitment and buy-in of others Strong self-direction, and an interest in achieving resultswith and through people Be a motivated team builder able to focus on developinglong-term relationships A sincere appreciation for people and how each individual isuniquely motivated Able to understand customer’s individual needs and goals isessential While there is urgency for goal achievement, responsibility forthe achievement of results needs to be shared and effectivelydelegated to the Sales Support Team when necessary Able to initiate projects and processes beyond establishedpractices when directed This position has a variety of tasks and is dynamic andchanging

Job Requirements:

Mechanical, Industrial, and HVAC insulation productknowledge/experience is helpful Willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out whennecessary Stimulating communicators with a persuasive, but collaborative,approach to “selling” Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the jobrequires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishingrelationships with new groups The ability to understand, quickly react, and motivateothers Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a sense ofurgency for goal achievement Keep others informed of the decision-making process and able toassume responsibility for risk
