PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Sales Development Representative Inbound (SDR) role is anessential sales partner in the USS sales process to grow revenuewith current customers, expand our customer base and efficientlyconnect potential customers with sales staff. The SDR isresponsible for adequately qualifying and managing all sales leadsreceived through the various data feeds and inbound phone calls, aswell as making outbound sales calls related to sales initiativesand campaigns. This position has a clear understanding of theprocess to identify customer ranking and thresholds of need and howto handle/team sell and delegate accordingly. Essential Functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Partner with sales and marketing to execute proactive outboundcalls and campaigns related to lapsed customer accounts withdeclining revenue, repeat projects, job expansion, andcross-selling initiatives Partner with sales to help manage Inbound Business Sales Queueas needed Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries fromour website and manage Easy Safe and Clean shared mailbox Sell all product offerings available in the specific market andcontact potential customers to create and maintain long-termpartnerships Work to revenue targets/quotas and KPIs as set by Supervisor.
Utilize outside sources to assist in driving KPIs and manageperformance intelligently Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle bymaintaining accurate activity and lead qualification in CRMapplication while ensuring customer needs are met Profile strategic accounts to identify key individuals,research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions tostart the sale cycle Act as the subject matter expert of all USS Products andservices and educate customers on their LOB Produce quotes and orders through Salesforce Manage individual case management box in Salesforce Perform other duties as required
