Target account websites, social media accounts and news feeds, competitor websites and announcements, etc. Generate qualified leads on target accounts, identifying potential areas of need and/or interest, establish contact with appropriate decision makers, articulating TrustCare’s business value and delivering solutions. Secure initial introduction/presentation and transition to the appropriate business contacts within TrustCare Health. Manage, qualify, and make initial contact on new inbound business leads from sources that include; referrals, inquiries, networking, TrustCare website, etc. Identify new target accounts by leveraging multiple lead management tools including; CRM software, telephone solicitation, e-mail and direct mail, social media, and networking with key associations; Collaborate with Executive Team and/or Marketing Team to implement outbound marketing campaigns (i.e., phone solicitation, mailings, emails, newsletters, social media posts, etc.) focused on specific events (i.e., webinars, presentations, roundtable discussions, tradeshows) and perform all follow-up to support prospecting efforts in addition to ongoing primary lead generation activities. Continuously research and participate in meetings that will enhance knowledge and understanding of value proposition for TrustCare service offerings, healthcare industry, proposals, competitors, best practices; Provide follow up to stalled business through calls, email, and working with outside contacts to develop potential opportunities for re-approach; Collaborate with Executive Team to develop territory specific targets and strategies on lead generation and market development and/or expansion. Manage data on all target accounts (Industry, Municipalities, National Accounts, Worker’s Comp Carriers, Third Party Administrators) and changes in status in (CRM, PMR and Escreen), ensuring all activities and communications are documented. Meet or exceed quotas for qualified leads passed to department director. Attend trades shows to generate business and company awareness. Follow up with leads generated by exhibiting at trade shows. Maintain TrustCare’s image to current clients. Competencies Ability to build trust and confidence with the utmost integrity Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent general computer experience and typing skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent knowledge of CRM, PMR and eScreen Software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills High-energy, results-oriented self-starter with desire to exceed expectations Team player who can develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization Minimum Qualifications Healthcare experience a plus Three or more years sales experience required Bachelor’s degree preferred

Position Type:

Full-time Salaried Exempt Local travel required. General hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 This is a field-based position and requires use of standard office equipment.
