Your Role:

What You’ll Be Doing Connect with homeowners in need of roofing or siding work Guide clients through the entire sales cycle — from inspection to closing Document interactions, quotes, and sales activities accurately Collaborate with project management for seamless handoffs Crush your targets while maintaining a relationship-first approach Who We’re Looking For Are you: Experienced in sales (especially D2C, B2C, or in-home)? Comfortable climbing roofs or ladders during inspections? Resilient, personable, and coachable? Within 30 minutes of Canton, MS? Minimum Requirements Experience in sales, preferably D2C, B2C, or in-home sales Valid driver’s license + insurable record Able to work on roofs when needed Local to the area (within 30 minutes of the shop) Strong communicator with a solutions-first mindset Compensation, Schedule, and Perks Commission-only (

OTE:
