Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales deals. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market penetration and account management. Provide technical sales support as needed, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals regularly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies. Skills Strong knowledge of market dynamics and sales management principles. Proven experience in territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Proficiency in conducting product demos that engage customers and highlight key selling points. Experience in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding complex products or services. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
