Position Overview:
The In-Home Sales Representative is responsible for conducting in-home consultations with prospective customers, assessing their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. All leads are pre-qualified and provided by our marketing team—no cold calling or door knocking is required!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home sales presentations to prospective customers. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window and door solutions. Close sales and meet or exceed monthly performance targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, particularly in fast-paced or short sales cycle environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
