We are currently looking for an energetic self-starter to join the team as an Inside Service Sales Representative . In this role, you are responsible for reviewing, processing, and tracking all inside service sales quotes within their assigned area of responsibility. This role involves evaluating technician and customer leads, preparing quotes, and ensuring their completion timely. Additionally, the representative collaborates with the Aftermarket team to drive customer growth and retention by delivering accurate, consistent, and prompt quoting services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow, demonstrates sound judgement, and excels in managing multiple responsibilities effectively. What you’ll be doing: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring quotes are provided within expected timeframes. Identify, validate, and price necessary parts for quoted work. Collaborate with the parts department to source the correct components. Track and follow up on all the quoted work daily, monitoring sales progress using the “BOLT” sales tool. Address customer calls and emails professionally, responding to requests for additional work. Work closely with Operations Managers, Coordinators, and Lead Technicians to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Assist service coordinators in setting expectations, planning, and aligning quoted work appropriately. Serve as an internal project manager for larger-scale jobs, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction as needed. Identify and qualify quotes that may benefit from additional incentives or value-added offerings. Work with vendors to find cost-effective solutions for inventory and purchased materials. Assist the parts department in maximizing sales opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for: 1-3 years of experience in generator or service industry preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong ability to lead, persuade, motivate, and influence others. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills.
