As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling product,building displays, fostering good relationships with new andexisting customers, and product placement within your territoryregion. Job Duties:

Responsible for selling and executing all of the companys productsto the customer. Maintain and grow customer relationships between our company andthe businesses we service Must have excellent communication skills with public and be able todiscuss existing and new arriving products Clark Beverage Group hasto offer. Must be able to sell in displays, racks or any other selling pointsincrementally to what we already have in the customers store. Must have a persuasive personality when letting customers know ofnew/existing products and good product placement sets throughouttheir store to sell more of said products Must conduct yourself in a professional manner. Appropriate and professional appearance includinghygiene/clothing Ensure all code of ethics is the same amongst employees Arrive on time if not earlier to discuss daily tasks that need tobe handled amongst locations Good communication with drivers, merchandisers or any other salessupport representatives When selling in displays it is key to let the driver know where toplace the product upon delivery, how to build the display, andwhere signage needs to be placed upon the product. Communication iskey! Must be willing to build displays or aid in helping employeebuild Must maintain/monitor product rotation within customers stores Be a positive representation of the company on/off the clock It is the Salesmens responsibility to ensure the store is fullystocked during the week day and weekends Store must maintain neat and presentable product placement/ alongwith a clean and safe back stock area

Qualifications:

Must have a positive attitude when dealing with employees and/orcustomers Must motivate team members/employees in a positive way to completetasks asked of them Very good communication skills. Must be very thorough in explainingto staff the job tasks that need to be completed. Must follow company rules and guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of equipment applications, and everyday salessupport duties Valid Drivers License for your state of residency and an excellentdriving history for the last five years. (Motor Vehicle Report willbe reviewed) Must be 21 or older Must be able to pass an extensive background and drug screeningprocess Must be able to perform physical lifting, push/pulling, frequentstanding/walking Reliable means of transportation to and from work May be required to work weekends Previous sales experience Ability to work in a fast paced environment, lifting up to 25-40lbs. of product repetitively

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (Could also consist of working weekends due toprojects or time lines)
