Your Role and Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads:

You’ll create new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with current commercial accounts, including property management companies and businesses.

Account Acquisition and Growth:

Target and acquire new commercial accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships to increase Northwest’s business year-over-year.

Sell Northwest Services:

Promote and sell a variety of Northwest’s commercial services, ensuring that all documentation aligns with company standards.

Relationship Building:

You’ll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ongoing Learning:

Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

What You Need to

Succeed:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Sales experience required; B2B sales experience is preferred Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid) Valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments. Physical Demands /

Working Environment:

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
