Qualifications of Outside Sales Representative:
1+ years of Roofing Industry Sales or Trades Sales Experience required (i.e. roofing, siding, gutters, windows, HVAC, etc) 3+ Years of General Sales experience required Mix of office based, Remote, and field work with a willingness to travel locally for client visits Knowledge of Residential, Commercial and/or Industrial roofing systems preferred (i.e. Asphalt shingles, architectural shingles, Flat roofing systems, Metal Roofing, etc) Experience generating leads, following up on prospects, and converting sales preferred Experience assessing customer/Prospect needs and

Roofing Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Managing both in home and on-site appointments for roofing and exterior services, including roof replacements, repairs, siding, and gutters Mix of office based, Remote, and field work Responsibilities include conducting inspections, handling follow-ups, capturing job site photos, and preparing estimates You’ll work with both company provided and self generated leads, occasionally door-knocking to build new business The role covers a local sales territory with residential, commercial, and industrial clients Role requires local travel within a 60-mile radius of Burlington, NC, typically staying within 30-45 miles Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
