Sales Support Specialist Brenton Grey Company 928 South Main Street, Burlington, NC 27215 Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Team. This role is essential to providing support to our sales efforts, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional product and experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inside and outside sales processes. Brenton Grey sales associate’s duties include construction project management. The ideal candidate would have project management experience. They will have a key role in assisting with project management activities and reporting. Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing accounts and maintaining customer relationships. Assist the sales team in all aspects of the project management role including creation of information sharing tools and reporting. Act as the internal expert and point person for sales related information Work with subcontractors to procure necessary documents for projects Create/maintain standardized forms for quotes/proposals Work with administrative associates to track time/costs/subcontractor schedules, etc associated with projects. Handle various aspects of change orders with customers and sales team Handle inquiries from customers regarding products, pricing, and availability as needed Work with site management/subcontractors/sales to handle material shortages as needed Other duties as needed Requirements Proven experience in inside sales or related fields Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Strong computer skills, ability to guide and drive internal sales associates in newest and most effective ways of documenting and sharing sales/customer related information Strong organizational skills Strong time management skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
