As a Sales Associate at ISI® Elite Training you will help current members get the most out of their ISI® membership and introduce prospective members to our dynamic workout and community! Sales Leader Responsibilities Drive Membership Growth:
Actively sell memberships and generate new leads through community outreach, tabling events, referrals, and facility tours.
Lead Engagement & Follow-Up:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries from prospective members, converting leads into loyal clients.
Social Media Content Creation:
Capture and share engaging content to elevate brand visibility and strengthen ISI® Elite Training Asheville’s presence within the local community.
Community Outreach & Event Planning:
Collaborate with the Facility Manager to coordinate and execute impactful community events and partnerships. Deliver an
ELITE Member Experience:
Ensure every member receives a world-class experience from entry to exit, creating a welcoming and motivating environment. Serve as a
Brand Ambassador:
Represent ISI® Elite Training Asheville with integrity and enthusiasm, both inside and outside the facility.
Embody Our Culture:
Bring passion for fitness, community, and personal growth to every interaction, fostering a strong, positive culture among members and staff.
Qualifications Sales & Customer Service Experience:
Proven background in sales and/or boutique-style customer service, ideally in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality setting.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up Skills:
Comfortable making lead calls and following up with prospective members via phone, text, and email.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in using computers and software, including Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Meet, etc.).
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly, professional, and confident demeanor.
Organized & Self-Motivated:
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
Community-Oriented:
Passion for engaging with the local community and creating meaningful connections that grow the ISI brand.
Fitness Enthusiast:
A genuine interest in fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals within a supportive, high-energy environment.
