Job Summary As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll spearhead lead generation, property inspections, and sales closure for exterior restoration projects. Your role will involve door-knocking, engaging insurance agents, project management and leveraging customer referrals to generate leads. Successful Sales Reps will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be willing to commit a minimum of 40 hours weekly to prospecting and handling customers from start to finish. Comfort with roof inspections and ladder work is essential. Additionally, you’ll excel in scheduling meetings with insurance adjusters and persuading customers to choose Max Roofing for their construction needs. Commission start at 8-15% based on experience for begginers. Top producers 10/50/50 and /or truck available. Responsibilities Engage homeowners to assess needs, educate on roofing services, and offer tailored solutions from project start to finish. Utilize Max Roofing’s proven sales and marketing strategies to drive lead generation and secure sales. Cultivate professional relationships with homeowners and promptly address inquiries and service requests. Solicit customer feedback through online reviews to maintain service excellence. Develop expertise in roofing systems, installation methods, and safety protocols. Demonstrate commitment to personal and team objectives. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications Proven ability to canvass neighborhoods for business opportunities. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning and development. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship-building.
