Time Off:

Paid time off offered after 12 months of service. Your Role As our Sales Representative / Estimator, you’ll handle both company-provided leads and generate your own prospects. You’ll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, prepare detailed estimates, and guide them through the remodeling process. Performance in this role will be evaluated every 30 days to ensure sales goals, customer service standards, and self-generated lead expectations are being met. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients. Create clear, accurate, and competitive project estimates and proposals. Develop strong client relationships to ensure high closing rates. Collaborate with project managers to align on scope, timeline, and budgets. Actively pursue new leads and referrals through networking and outreach. Track client interactions and proposals in Buildertrend CRM. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals. What We’re Looking For Must live within or near our service area (30 miles of Concord, NC). Previous sales or estimating experience in residential remodeling. Understanding of kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation processes. Strong communication and follow-through skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable using technology – estimating tools, CRMs, and mobile apps. Reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.

Compensation & Incentives Hourly Base:

$14-$18/hour (based on experience)

Commission:

4% commission on contracts under $25,000 5% on contracts $25,001-$50,000 6% on contracts above $50,000

Self-Generated Lead Bonus:

Higher commission percentage or flat-rate bonuses for self-sourced work

Paid Time Off:

Available after 12 months
