Job Description
SARSTEDT, a leading manufacturer and distributor of blood collection and medical devices, laboratory consumables and instrumentation, seeks a Sales Operations Specialist for its US Headquarter. Summary Responsible for supporting the US sales organization by managing critical backend processes, interpreting sales data, and ensuring operational efficiency across systems and teams. Contribute to the lead, quote and performance tracking, CRM optimization, contract and portal management, and visual reporting, enabling the sales team to better serve customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as apparent or required by management. Manage GPO contracts, including renewals, compliance reporting, and data accuracy across systems (GPO portals, Excel, SAP, Access). Collaborate with both internal teams and GPO contact. Track, manage and improve key performance metric data in the CRM system (SAP C4C). Create and present Excel based dashboards showing sales KPIs by sales region, product type, etc.. Contribute to annual price increase projects and cross-functional operational efforts, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Conduct Gap and Root-Cause analyses to identify areas of improvement for account managers during sales cycle. Create supporting documents and training content. Maintain purchase portals (like Jaggaer, GHX, and others) Interpret sales, lead and opportunity data from various sources. Spot trends and identify performance insights. Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; and two years related experience and/or training Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access required Experience with lead generation analysis and CRM reporting required CRM Management required; SAP C4C preferred Knowledge of B2B purchasing platforms (Jaggaer, GHX) preferred Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) preferred The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs This position requires a minimum of 10% national travel and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
