We’re expanding fast and looking for a motivated, people-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us fill our pipeline with qualified leads for new installations and service work. This role will combine online lead generation (social media, community groups, forums) with offline outreach (door-to-door, flyer drops, and event promotion) in local neighborhoods. You’ll work closely with our sales and admin team to identify warm prospects and keep our consultation calendar full. Online Lead Generation Post and respond in local Facebook groups, Nextdoor, Craigslist, and community forums Monitor posts where homeowners are asking for HVAC, mini-split, or cooling help Share educational and promotional posts to create awareness of our services Pass warm leads to the sales team with name, contact info, and project details Offline / Door-to-Door Outreach Visit local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about their HVAC needs Drop flyers or door hangers in target areas (especially neighborhoods with older systems or no central AC) Gather contact info for anyone interested in a quote, tune-up, or install Represent BreezeWorks professionally with clear talking points and simple offers Attend or help promote local events, markets, or homeowner meetups when applicable

Qualifications:

Friendly, approachable, and confident talking to people Solid writing and communication skills for online engagement Reliable transportation and willingness to canvas neighborhoods Basic understanding of HVAC or home services (training provided) Self-motivated and organized — can follow a daily outreach plan without constant oversight Experience in sales, canvassing, or lead generation a plus
