Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Proactively identify and reach out to prospective customers, build relationships, and schedule consultations.
Consultation:
Conduct on-site roof inspections (training provided), understand client needs, and recommend suitable roofing solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Present proposals to clients, clearly outlining services, benefits, and pricing.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up:
Maintain regular follow-up with leads, ensure customer questions are answered, and manage the sales pipeline.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and closed deals in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the installation and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales required, preferably in construction, roofing, or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Basic understanding of construction or roofing is a plus (training provided). Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
