ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative for the National Warrior Workforce, you will be the face of our partnership with Brightspeed, connecting with potential customers in residential neighborhoods and introducing them to Brightspeed’s services.

You will be responsible for:

Generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline through door-to-door canvassing. Educating potential customers about the benefits of Brightspeed’s fiber optic services, highlighting the advantages of choosing NW2 as their authorized dealer. Conducting in-home consultations and presenting customized service packages. Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Representing NW2 and Brightspeed professionally and ethically.

THIS IS A 1099 COMMISSION ONLY POSITION MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND DRIVERS LICENSE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

This is a pay-per-performance role (COMMISSION ONLY) with uncapped earning potential. Top performers regularly earn between $1,000 to $5,000 per week based on sales volume. This structure rewards drive, hustle, and results, ideal for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service mindset with persuasive selling ability Ability to learn and deliver product and service information effectively Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently Sales or training experience is preferred, especially in door-to-door or commission-based roles Familiarity with underserved communities or military culture is a plus Must pass a background check for the safety of North Carolina residents Must adhere to all guidelines and conduct standards set forth by NW2 and Brightspeed
