RLC-Networks, a leader in the fiber communications industry, is looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team of sales representatives canvassing high-speed internet for a major carrier in the metro Fayetteville, North Carolina market. Do the research, and you will see that the fiber industry is booming! Here is an opportunity to grow a career and earn an uncapped commission in an exciting and necessary industry! This position requires canvassing residential territories in the market and generating sales through those activities and pipeline development; all while helping our prime contractor achieve their expansion of market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in field visits to potential clients and potential follow up Leads will be provided and you will close the sales (Door to door) Develop and maintain relationships Identify new potential business leads (Commission) Manage your own schedule and submit a weekly report Represent RLC-Networks with professionalism and commitment
Candidate Essentials:
Reliable transportation and daily travel Communication and negotiation skills Ability to meet objectives and goal oriented Able to reliably work independently or with a team
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED, college experience (preferred but not required), strong verbal skills, experience in sales (preferred but not required), and a willingness to be trained and trust sales processes.
Compensation :
Daily walk compensation, plus uncapped sales commission, and bonus potential. Use of company iPads, and all other materials needed in the field.
