This role is crucial to the Sales & Marketing team,engaging customers via various online platforms to convertinquiries into sales appointments. A career with purpose. YourResponsibilities on the Team Capture and convert online customerinquiries into viable sales prospects. Provide prompt and effectivecommunication via email, live chat, phone and 1-800 numbers.
Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
Guide customers through the sales process, providing information onproducts, communities, financing options, and incentives. Manage anInternet customer database, including outreach for available homesand inventory. Coordinate with the Marketing team for electronicmarketing distribution and maintain up-to-date product andcommunity offerings. Attend sales meetings, community events, andtraining programs. Must be available to work flexible hoursincluding weekends. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent;college degree preferred. Experience in sales, with preference fortelephone and real estate experience. Strong interpersonal,communication, and organizational skills; ability to workindependently. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation;real estate license may be required for specific locations.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-personattendance at Company communities/job sites and offices duringregular work hours is an essential function of this job. Associatemust be willing to drive customers to various communities todemonstrate homes and home sites in all weather conditions. Fingerdexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephoneequipment, extensive phone and computer communication withcustomers is required. Must be able to lift and carry supplies andmaterials up to 25 pounds.
