Vermeer All Roads is searching for a Territory Sales Rep in Fayetteville NC to sell Core/Compact Equipment (mini skids, chippers, trenchers…). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the direct sale and rental of new and used compact equipment to customers. This position “tows and shows” equipment and demonstrates equipment capabilities on customer job sites. This is not a sit behind the desk or sell from a catalog sales position. Must be at least 21 years or older, have valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain DOT medical card, plus an excellent driving record. Company truck, fuel card, laptop and cell phone provided. This is a full time, benefits eligible opportunity with a base salary plus commission. Prior Sales experience

Facilitate the sales process from prospecting to the closing of the sale Ability to load, transport and operate our compact equipment line Demonstrate & sell our full compact line (brush chippers, stump cutters, mini skid steers and multiple attachments) Identify customer’s needs and react appropriately while understanding the market conditions and local competitors pricing. Track in CRM (Salesforce) Territory management – assure proper coverage of all customers and industries within assigned geographic area. Key account management – be responsible for all customers in the territory. Be adept in dealing with company owners, managers and field personnel.
