Reports to:
Sales & Finance Manager Primary job responsibilities:
- Learn our sales processes from our resources such as our Sales and F&I Handbook, phone scripts, and software training.
- Learn our products and services including trailers, truckbeds, parts, accessories, maintenance, repairs, finance and insurance products.
- Contact Potential and existing customers through various channels like phone calls, email and text messages to generate leads and turn them into customers.
- Enter customer information into a database and perform assigned followup tasks.
- Follow sales scripts and message templates, engage potential customers, learn about the prospects needs and schedule appointments.
- Work with your team and other departments to ensure proper customer service is delivered

Full-time Pay:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour
