Reports to:
Sales & Finance Manager Primary job responsibilities:
- Learn our sales processes from our resources such as our Sales and F&I Handbook, phone scripts, and software training.
- Learn our products and services including trailers, truckbeds, parts, accessories, maintenance, repairs, finance and insurance products.
- Identify potential customers through networking, prospecting, and other methods.
- Enter customer information into our CRM and perform assigned followup tasks.
- Contact, schedule meetings and drive to meet with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and build relationships
- Demonstrated the value of trailers, truckbeds, parts, accessories and services to potential customers
- Take deposits, schedule appointments, generate quotes and execute sales documents.
- Help customers buy trailers, truck beds, parts, accessories, service, maintenance and accessories.
- Track sales progress, manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and opportunities for repeat and referral business
- Work with your team, other departments, vendors and suppliers to ensure proper customer service is delivered
- Stay informed of competitor products, market trends, and customer needs
- Provide support to customers after the initial sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Skills/Qualifications need to apply:
- Must have a NCDL and be eligible for an NC Dealer Sales License.
- General computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing documents, e-mail.
- Ability to complete data entry and retrieval in our cloud drive, CRM & DMS systems.
- General math skills including add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and percentages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly Self Motivated to achieve sales goals
- Ability to hookup trailers, lift ramps and gates on trailers, carry parts and accessories.
- Be able to work in the office, drive, walk for extended periods, be outside in the hot, cold and rain as needed.
Measureables:
Activity, Gross Profit Generated from sales of trailers, truck beds, accessories, parts, and service work.

Monday –
Friday:
9:00-5:30,
Saturday:
9:00-2:00
Work Hours:
Work hours vary from store hours. Training and meetings throughout the week start at 8:00 am. Oftentimes customers will be in the store until 6:30 pm. Most team members on the Sales Team have 1 day off work Monday – Friday and receive 1 Saturday per month off. Your work schedule will be determined during onboarding. Work schedules are adjusted to meet customer demand and other team members’ schedules.
