Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through face-to-face interactions, maintaining client accounts, and contributing to revenue growth in the telecommunications industry. This is a full-time, entry-level, in-person role. We offer training in sales and leadership and provide mentorship with clear growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Engage in face-to-face customer acquisition based on provided leads Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Deliver excellent customer service Assist with onboarding and training new team members Participate in ongoing professional and personal development opportunities

Compensation:

Weekly pay Commission only with no cap

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM•7:00 PM Saturday 10:00 AM•5:00 PM (opportunity to earn Saturdays off) Full time including both virtual calls and face to face interactions daily

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Team•oriented Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
