Business Development-Physician Relations Triangle Molecular Toxicology LLC Durham, NC 27713 • Hybrid work Job Summary Triangle Molecular Toxicology Lab currently looking for part time on-site (in RTP area) but eventually full time, upon satisfactory completion of the three months, with base pay and generous bonus and commission. Sales experience is not required! We are willing to train the right candidate, you must have the drive and determination to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. If you are goal-oriented and have entrepreneurial spirit, then we want to talk to you. •Duties• Proactively distribute promotional materials to potential clients, businesses, and within the community to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients and patients. Establish and maintain referral partnerships with doctors, healthcare companies, pain clinics, urgent care centers, wellness centers, and other relevant organizations in the RTP area to drive patient referrals and grow our network. Research and identify health-related programs, events, and opportunities that align with our services to increase patient engagement and acquisition. Collaborate with other practices and other team members to plan, organize, and host health-related events, workshops, and seminars aimed at increasing brand influence and boosting sales. Support other business development and marketing initiatives as needed. •Qualifications• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Familiarity with traditional sales and marketing experiences is a plus but not required. Good computer office ability Experience Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, project management, negotiation, and customer relationship management. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
