Stay informed about allproduct and service offerings to effectively communicate withcustomers, promote the AT&T brand, and drive sales performance.

Ensure precise and up-to-date customer account records for seamlessservice activations and installations. Work closely withhigh-performing Customer Support Associates to deliver consistentservice and efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries.
