Built on excellence, reliability, and integrity, we’re expanding across the Triangle — and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our next phase of growth. Position Summary We are seeking a driven, organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, set appointments, and fuel our sales pipeline. This is a remote , part-time role — but you must be located within 50 miles of Raleigh-Durham, NC to support local market growth. This role offers a base hourly wage plus commission bonuses based on performance — ideal for someone looking to grow their sales career while working remotely and flexibly. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective business clients Generate and qualify leads through research, cold outreach, and relationship-building Set appointments for senior sales representatives Accurately track outreach and lead status in CRM tools Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, emails, and appointments Represent Ecofi Cleaning Company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and problem-solving energy Qualifications Must live within 50 miles of Raleigh-Durham, NC (required) 1+ years of sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly self-motivated and organized Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and basic technology Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently

Compensation Hourly Pay:

$15/hour

Commission Bonuses:
