Key Responsibilities:
Drive High-Value Sales:

Aggressively pursue and close high-ticket deals, with 70% of transactions exceeding $3,500. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Customer Engagement:

Deliver personalized, luxury-level service that builds rapport and creates lasting client relationships.

Product Expertise:

Become a scenting solutions expert—educating clients on how fragrance enhances spaces and offering tailored recommendations.

CRM Management:

Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, maintain your sales pipeline, and follow up on client interactions.

Visual Merchandising:

Help maintain a clean, elegant, and inviting showroom experience that aligns with the Aroma360 brand.

Qualifications:

Proven success in high-ticket retail sales or door-to-door selling, preferably in fragrance, home décor, or lifestyle sectors. Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills. Passion for creating meaningful and luxurious customer experiences. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
