Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and coachable Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling foundation repair and waterproofing services, attending appointments provided by the company, and generating your own leads through local networking. This is a comprehensive benefits, W-2, high-commission position with substantial earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and pitch customers at pre-scheduled appointments set by the company (no self-qualification needed) Conduct foundation inspections and use our software & tools ot quote jobs Follow a proven sales process, including pricing and discount guidelines, but execute on the close Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales cycle Collect initial deposits at the time of sale and coordinate closely with the production team Allowed to generate additional leads through local outreach and relationship building Represent the Ram Jack brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications:

3+ years prior sales experience in construction, home services, or in-home sales Preference given to candidates with experience in crawlspace, foundation, and waterproofing sales Strong communication and presentation skills Self-starter with a drive to exceed targets Comfortable using mobile apps and sales technology tools Ability to manage a flexible schedule,and traveling to be prompt at appointments Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
