!! The Sales Coordinator will assist in the organization and clerical duties of the Sales Office by functioning as the central contact for information specific to this department. Responsibilities Answer the phone and greet clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional, upholding a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness at all times. Manage an accurate, efficient filing system for storing sales documents, ensuring quick access and ease of use. Generate and distribute necessary departmental reports, ensuring all required information is delivered accurately and in a timely manner. Create polished, impactful sales presentation materials with guidance, leveraging available resources to enhance their effectiveness. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone, email, advertising, and trade shows, providing clear and helpful information. Draft, conceptualize, and send well-crafted correspondence and proposals, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications. Conduct engaging property tours for clients and prospects, effectively highlighting the property’s features, amenities, and services. Foster and maintain strong relationships with all hotel departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration across teams to ensure operational efficiency. Other duties as assigned by the leader Education and Experience Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and brand property Management System(s) Exercise excellent communication and listening skills
