Salary, Full-Time W2 Xpand, a Linville Team Partners company, is seeking an Associate to join their M&A team. This position will play a vital business development role on our buy-side advisory team. This role will help originate opportunities, communicate with strategic buyers, and execute on mandates as directed by clients. Key Roles & Responsibilities Identify acquisition opportunities that align with client’s criteria Network with business owners through calls, emails, and text messages Review and database markets across the country utilizing various research tool s Execute and manage prospecting campaigns Gather due diligence information from business owners Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions Communicate with internal and external teams on their deal pipelines Candidate Requirements Minimum 1+ year of experience working in business development, corporate strategy, finance, or real estate Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated, and personable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple projects Analytically minded and detail-oriented
